The Erinnerungs- und Gedenkstätte Wewelsburg 1933 – 1945 [Wewelsburg 1933 – 1945 Memorial Museum] provides extensive information about both the local activities of the Schutzstaffel (SS) in Wewelsburg and the general history of the Schutzstaffel of the NSDAP. At the same time, the victims of SS violence are commemorated at the location.
